St Catherine’s Health Centre, Wirral
Integrated Health Projects (IHP), a joint venture between VINCI Construction UK and Sir Robert McAlpine, has secured a £32 million contract to deliver a 11,100m² four-storey health centre. The new facility will replace a range of former workhouse and sanatorium buildings dating back to the 1800s.
The health centre will bring a wide range of new services to the site in addition to two community based GP practices.
